Platt Park is a great neighborhood located in southeast Denver. Its borders are I25 on the north, by Evans Avenue on the south, Broadway on the west and roughly Franklin Street on the East.
It has a combination of single family homes and a growing number of luxury duplexes. Two of the major draws to Platt Park are Platt Park itself, which is 3 1/2 acres in size, and the commercial area on South Pearl with its restaurants, shops, farmers market, and other events. James Platt Park is located at East Florida Avenue to Iowa Avenue between Grant and Logan Streets.
