Winston Downs is
a great neighborhood that has been a well kept secret,
at least until recently. Its borders are Alameda on
the north, Leetsdale on the South, Monaco on the west,
and Quebec on the East. Winston Downs is just south
of the new Lowry development; convenient to Downtown
Denver and to the Cherry Creek shopping area.
It is all single family homes, mostly ranch homes
on larger lots (1/4 th acre). The elementary school,
Fallis, is slated to be closed, leaving a nice park
for the neighborhood on Virginia just east of Monaco.
