Owning and running a small business takes a certain type of individual – one who is not only dedicated to the customer but enthusiastic about the work. With a dozen years in the business before starting Porter House Realty, Vicki knew what she was getting into.
Before Porter House Realty, Vicki practiced law in Denver. Her legal experience gives her an edge over most realtors because of her knowledge of the legalities of the transaction and documents, negotiating and writing skills, and ability to handle any unique or challenging situations.

Vicki does not practice law currently, so she does not provide legal advice to our real estate clients, but her experience and talents are invaluable to our company and our clients.
Vicki currently teaches a class through Colorado Free University called ABC's of Home Buying, and has taught hundreds of students in the past few years how to buy a home. Vicki has also taught several property law classes at Denver University Law School. Vicki wrote the book, Colorado Home Buyer’s Guide, which was published by Bradford Publishing.
Vicki lives in Denver with her partner Mary and their Beagle, Bailey. Vicki enjoys golf, bicycling, and traveling.
