NET PROCEEDS

Your Porter House Realty broker can calculate your net proceeds for the sale of your property at the time you receive an offer. While the numbers may not be exact, we can give you a very close estimate of how much you will walk away with.

It is customary in Colorado for the Title Company to prepare settlement sheets for the parties which is the final itemization all of the credits (deposits) all of the debits (charges) due to and from each of the parties.

The Settlement sheets are typically prepared after the Title Company receives input from the Buyer’s lender of the amount of the loan and the amounts that the lender is charging the Buyer for the loan.  Those statements, however, are generally not received until a day or two before closing.
