Porter House Realty was established in 1994 as an independent real estate brokerage. We have grown slowly and steadily into a full service real estate company, and have refused to merge into the many huge companies out there. By remaining small, we can avoid the conflicting situation that agents in the large companies often have - of showing a buyer client a listing that is a company listing. We can truly represent our clients as agents and as advocates, and not as neutral parties like so many other agents. We also can provide individualized and personal attention to each client. Porter House Realty represents buyers, sellers and investors in the Denver metro area – from Boulder, to Parker, and beyond.
